Application Instructions – Metallic Puff 3D HTV

Important: Puff HTV behaves differently from standard heat transfer vinyl. For best results, always carry out a small test press before starting production. Heat press temperatures can vary by up to ±25°C depending on the machine.

Different fabrics and colours may also react slightly differently, so testing each colour and garment type is recommended.

Cutting

• Cut your design in reverse (mirror)
• Weed away the excess vinyl

Heat Press Settings

Temperature: 135–140°C
Time: 10 seconds
Pressure: Medium, even pressure

Peeling

• Warm or cool peel

Second Press

• Cover with parchment or a Teflon sheet
• Press again for 3–5 seconds

If Metallic Transfers Remain on the Carrier Sheet

Reduce your heat press temperature in 5°C increments and test again.

Design Tips

• Puff HTV works best with bold lettering and thicker designs
• Large solid blocks may not puff evenly
• For best results, keep solid shapes under 40mm

Washing Instructions

• Wash at 40°C or below
• Turn garment inside out before washing
• Do not tumble dry
• Do not bleach
• Iron inside out on low heat

• Custom or personalised items
• Cut fabric or materials sold by length
• Items that have been used or altered
