• Type: Puff / 3D heat transfer vinyl
• Finish: Soft matte with raised puff effect after pressing
• Material thickness: Approx. 400–500 microns after puffing
• Carrier: Clear sticky carrier sheet
• Cutting: Compatible with most craft cutters including Cricut, Silhouette and Brother ScanNCut
• Suitable fabrics: Cotton, polyester and poly/cotton blends
• Layering: Not recommended for layering

Application Instructions – Puff 3D HTV

Puff HTV expands when heat is applied to create a raised 3D effect. For best results, always test your settings before starting production, as heat presses and fabrics can vary.

Cutting

• Cut your design in reverse (mirror)
• Weed away the excess vinyl

Heat Press Settings

Temperature: 135°C
Time: 10 seconds
Pressure: Medium, even pressure

If you notice over-puffing or a wrinkled effect, reduce the temperature slightly. Good results can still be achieved at temperatures as low as 110°C depending on your heat press.

Peeling

• Hot peel immediately
• Remove the garment from the press and give it a gentle shake to allow the puff effect to expand fully

Design Tips

• Puff HTV works best with bold lettering and thicker designs
• Very thin lines may not puff evenly

Additional Notes

Results may vary depending on:

• Heat press accuracy
• Fabric type (cotton, polyester, blends)
• Design size

Testing your settings before production is always recommended.

Washing Instructions

• Wash at 40°C or below
• Turn garment inside out before washing
• Do not tumble dry
• Do not bleach or use stain remover
• Do not use fabric conditioner
• Iron inside out on low heat

You can return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Return postage
Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue so I can resolve it quickly.

Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Custom or personalised items
• Cut fabric or materials sold by length
• Items that have been used or altered

Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
