These plastic templates are for drawing round and hand cutting if you do not have a die cutting machine. They are made from a clear almost transparent plastic enabling you to use with fabric felt and position the design correctly before cutting.
The bows are measured approx from end to end on the widest part of the tail.
This makes a double layered bow.
