Application Instructions

1. Cut your design in reverse (mirror).
2. Weed away the excess vinyl.
3. Preheat your heat press to 140°C.
4. Position the design with the carrier sheet facing up.
5. Apply medium even pressure.
6. Press for 8 seconds.
7. Peel the carrier sheet warm or cool.

Alternative Press Settings

• 120°C for 15 seconds
• 130°C for 10 seconds
• 150°C for 5 seconds

Press times may vary depending on your heat press and fabric.

Washing Instructions

• Wait 24 hours before washing
• Wash at up to 60°C
• Turn garments inside out before washing
• Tumble dry on low
• Iron inside out on low heat
• Do not use fabric softeners, bleach or stain removers

Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

We offer 1st and 2nd Class postage with Royal Mail and postage is free on all orders over £50.

Change of mind
You can return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Return postage
Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue so I can resolve it quickly.

Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Custom or personalised items
• Cut fabric or materials sold by length
• Items that have been used or altered

Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
