• 100% cotton fabric professionally bonded onto high-quality wool blend felt
• Made in our studio using an industrial heat press
• Strong permanent bond designed to help prevent fraying
• Felt backing may be white, Fresh Linen or a coordinating colour depending on the design
• Pattern placement may vary from sheet to sheet due to the nature of printed fabric
• We take care to photograph colours accurately, but shades may vary slightly depending on lighting and individual screen settings

• Sheet size: approximately 20cm x 30cm
• Multiple sheets of the same design and colour will be supplied in larger pieces where possible, up to approximately A3 size
• Larger quantities will be supplied as multiple pieces
• As our Fabric Felt is cut by hand, measurements may vary slightly by up to ±10mm

• Easy to cut by hand with sharp scissors
• Suitable for most die cutting machines (Cricut, Sizzix and more)
• The bonded construction helps reduce fraying and gives the fabric additional structure
• Ideal for bows, hair accessories, appliqué and other fabric craft projects
• Use a fabric mat for best results with digital cutting machines

Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

We offer Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class delivery, with free UK delivery on orders over £50.

Returns & Refunds

Change of mind
Unused, eligible items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Return postage
Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can get it sorted quickly.

Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Custom or personalised items
• Fabric or other materials cut to your requested length
• Items that have been used or altered

Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
