Our National Nonwovens wool blend felt is a high-quality crafting felt made in the USA from 20–35% merino wool blended with rayon.
The rayon adds extra softness while the wool provides structure, giving you a felt that is easy to cut and sew while still holding its shape beautifully. Easy to cut, handle and sew, this felt is perfect for both beginners and experienced crafters looking for a reliable, consistent material.

Sheet: Approx. 20cm × 30cm
Mini Roll: Approx. 20cm × 90cm
1 Metre: Approx. 100cm × 90cm.
If ordering multiple mini rolls, your felt will be cut as one continuous piece where possible:
• 2 mini rolls = approx. 40cm × 90cm
• 3 mini rolls = approx. 60cm × 90cm
• 4 mini rolls = approx. 80cm × 90cm
5 mini rolls measure 1 metre.
All felt is cut by hand, so sizes may vary slightly (±10mm). The full width of the felt can vary slightly between colours and batches.

• Cuts cleanly with scissors or a rotary cutter

Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
We offer Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class delivery, with free UK delivery on orders over £50.

Change of mind
Unused, eligible items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Return postage
Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can get it sorted quickly.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Custom or personalised items
• Fabric or other materials cut to your requested length
• Items that have been used or altered
Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
