APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Cut your design using your preferred cutting machine.
Weed away the excess vinyl.
Apply transfer tape to your design.
Clean and prepare your application surface.
Position your design and apply firm pressure.
Remove the transfer tape carefully.

For best results, apply to clean, smooth and dry surfaces.

Suitable for use on:
• Glass
• Plastic
• Metal
• Painted wood
• Acrylic
• Mugs and tumblers
• Signs and plaques

Not recommended for fabrics or garments.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Ensure surfaces are clean and dry before application
• Allow adhesive to cure for up to 24 hours for maximum bond strength
• Hand washing is recommended for decorated drinkware
• Avoid abrasive cleaning products
• Not suitable for dishwasher use unless otherwise tested by the customer
• Outdoor durability rated at 3-5 years under normal conditions

Please test on your chosen surface before producing large projects.

Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

We offer 1st and 2nd Class postage with Royal Mail and postage is free on all orders over £50.

Change of mind
You can return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Return postage
Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue so I can resolve it quickly.

Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Custom or personalised items
• Cut fabric or materials sold by length
• Items that have been used or altered

Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
