We process all orders within 24-72 hours. Occasionally this can run over at busy times of the year and product launches. We will update the website at these times
Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail.
For UK use 1st Class Signed For, Tracked 24 or Tracked 48.
For overseas orders we use International Standard and Tracked.
Tracked 24 is delivered 24 hours after dispatch in 99.9% of cases
Tracked 48 is delivered 48 hours after dispatch in 99.9% of cases.

You will receive text and email updates with your tracking number if available and also Facebook Messenger notifications if you have opted into that.
Your tracking number is activated when the mail has been collected and scanned at the depot so do not be alarmed if it doesn't work straightaway.
If an order is lost in the post a replacement/refund will be offered after the 15 working day period set out by Royal Mail has passed.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. If the item is faulty, damaged or not as described a replacement or a refund will be offered.
If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyers must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description listed by us and the buyer is unsatisfied, we are not responsible for a refund. Exchanges are granted on a case by case basis.
