Shipping

We post out daily Monday to Friday. 

We process and dispatch all orders within 24-72 hours. Occasionally this can run over at busy times of the year and product launches. We will update the website at these times

Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail.

For UK we use Standard or Tracked Postage.

You have the option to upgrade to a fastest postage at checkout.

For overseas orders we use International Standard and Tracked.

You will receive text and email updates with your tracking number if applicable. If you haven't received any please check your junk. 

Your tracking number is activated when the mail has been collected and scanned at the depot so do not be alarmed if it doesn't work straightaway.

If an order is lost in the post a replacement/refund will be offered after the 15 working day period set out by Royal Mail has passed.
